Classroom Rules

Classroom rules keep our classroom safe and promote a good learning environment for all students. Please help reinforce the class rules at home.

• Make good choices
• Keep hands and feet to self
• Be respectful of people and objects
• Follow directions
• Walk at all times in school building
• Use an inside voice and raise your hand
• Be kind to others

Good behavior is recognized in the following ways:

• Verbal praise
• Marbles for the marble jar
• Table group points
• Note/phone call home

If a child chooses to break a rule, the consequences will be:

• Loss of marble in jar
• Loss of table group points
• Private verbal reminder
• Time away from the group or activity
• Phone call home

I believe all children can follow the class rules and I expect good behavior. We need a safe, positive learning environment so everyone can learn and reach their highest potential.
